By creating an account, booking a shipment or using this website you agree to these terms. Separate written agreements take precedence where they exist.
Our services
We provide vault storage, ocean, air and road freight, customs brokerage and secure courier services. Transit times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs authorities, weather or events beyond our control.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate descriptions, values and addresses for every consignment.
- Package goods appropriately unless packing is purchased from us.
- Never tender prohibited, hazardous or illegal items.
- Pay invoices by their due date.
Liability and insurance
Our liability for loss or damage is limited as set out in your booking confirmation and applicable international conventions. Declared-value insurance is available and recommended for high-value goods.
Storage
Items held in our vaults are released only to the account holder or authorised persons after identity verification. Storage fees accrue until items are collected.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
