- Address coordinates obtained through OpenStreetMap when you select a suggested address.

Sharing
We share only what is necessary with carriers, customs authorities, payment providers and professional advisers. Address searches are sent to OpenStreetMap geocoding services without your name or contact details. We never sell personal data.
Retention
Shipment and financial records are kept for as long as the law requires, typically seven years. Account data is removed or anonymised when no longer needed.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by role, sessions are protected against forgery and every staff action on a consignment is audited.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request a portable copy. Contact us and we will respond within one month.
